I work with women (16-80+) with a range of issues including eating disorders and disordered eating patterns, (this could take the form of yo-yo dieting, a diagnosed eating disorder or constantly thinking and obsessing about food and/or exercise), well as chronic anxiety, depression, life crisis and help them to find meaning and purpose in your life.
Together we discover what patterns, conditioning and deeply held belief-systems (including ancestral), may be contributing to your present state of dis-harmony. Then through a process of gentle enquiry, using techniques such as mindfulness, breath techniques, psychodrama, dreams, creative imagination work and using the lens of 'symptom as symbol' we create an environment to bring about transformation and an opening of consciousness.
I attribute the success my clients have firstly that they can trust me, they feel safe with and they 'get' that I know where they are coming from.
Together we discover the part of you that is sabotaging your deepest desires of being the best you, and who is unconsciously running the show – and most importantly why this keeps happening.
I work in-person on a one-to-one basis and also offer 9-week intensive courses.
