My Approach

I am a multi-faith psycho-spiritual psychotherapist who offers online therapy from the comfort of your own home.

People come to work with me from all walks of life, but generally with themes of trying to know themselves more deeply and are curious about spirituality. I am interested in the renaissance of psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy and offer support to clients who are looking to prepare for psychedelic journeying in addition to helping them integrate post-experience.

I offer a safe and supportive place to bring the various challenges that life has thrown you and give the necessary space to heal your old wounds and unwind outdated unhelpful behaviours and coping mechanisms.

It's a space for asking questions like, "How is my heart? What is my life about? What is my unique expression for humanity? How can I learn to love and have compassion and forgiveness in such adversity?"

I share a range of holistic and transpersonal approaches such as engaging with the creative imagination, guided visualisation, inner-child work, dreamwork, using symptom as symbol, breathwork, sound healing and shadow work in a safe and supportive environment to help you get to the ROOT and core of the issue. My approach is founded in the integrative model and therefore I continually weave in more traditional approaches such as the psychodynamic, humanistic, existential aspects in order to ground the work together.

One of the pillars of strength and support that you will encounter throughout our work together, will be learning about mindfulness. This contemplative practice will allow you to quieten your mind and create enough space so you can see what makes, which will help you make better decisions about…everything! We can explore techniques to help you gain more resilience and curiosity to difficult and painful feelings and learn how to be more in the present moment and away from the ever-chattering mind.

You can then begin to look at: what are your strengths and challenges? What are you passionate about? How can you harness your amazing “you-ness” to make the world a better place? What areas of your life could do with a little more balance and harmony?

I have a small practice and work Monday - Friday 10am-12pm. My prices are from £70 per 50—minute session for individuals and £100 for couples. I am registered with various private healthcare insurance companies including AXA PPP, Aetna Global Benefits, Vitality Health, Aviva and BUPA.

About Me

I am interested in the mystical side of all religions and believe the esoteric teachings and practical tools are a very much needed antidote to the stresses of modern life to bring about peace, compassion and equality. In addition to psychotherapy I offer healing, hypnosis and psychedelic pre and post aftercare. I have a particular interest in the fusion of eastern ceremonial and ritualistic aspects of psychedelic journeying with western culture.

Special Interests

Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
