I am a psycho-spiritual psychotherapist. During Covid-19 I will offering appointments via Zoom or telephone and work with local and international clients.
My job is to create a safe and sacred space for you to bring the various challenges that life throws up. For example: soul-crisis, bereavement, divorce, breakdown, anxiety, panic attacks, psychosis, relationship issues, stress management, anger management, depression, addiction, low self-esteem, childhood trauma, suicidal thoughts, ante/post-natal depression and eating issues (anorexia nervosa, bulimia and binge eating).
You may enjoy using a range of holistic and transpersonal approaches such as engaging with the creative imagination, guided visualisation, inner childwork, dreamwork, using symptom as symbol, breathwork, sound healing and shadow work in a safe and supportive environment to help you get to the root and core of the issue.
One of the pillars of strength and support that you will encounter throughout our work together, will be learning about mindfulness. This contemplative practice will allow you to quieten your mind and create enough space so you can see what makes you you, which will help you make better decisions about…everything!
You can then begin to look at: what are your strengths and challenges? What are you passionate about? How can you harness your amazing “you-ness” to make the world a better place? What areas of your life could do with a little more balance and harmony?
I provide both short-term solution focused therapy and long-term therapy Monday - Friday 8am-5pm. My prices are from £70 per 50—minute session for individuals and £100 for couples. I am registered with various private healthcare insurance companies including AXA PPP, Aetna Global Benefits, Vitality Health, Aviva and BUPA.

I am interested in the mystical side of all religions and believe the esoteric teachings and practical tools are a very much needed antidote to the stresses of modern life. I am multi-faith and walk the Sufi path and the Beauty Way. In addition to psychotherapy I offer healing, hypnosis and psychedelic aftercare. I have a particular interest in the fusion of eastern ceremonial and ritualistic aspects of psychedelic journeying with western culture.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
