I am a qualified Family & Systemic Psychotherapist (UKCP/AFT accredited). I work with individuals, couples, families, young people and teams/groups - including staff teams in schools, offering reflective practice. I also deliver systemic training.
My client work largely takes place in comfortable, well equipped rooms in Heswall, Merseyside. However, I also offer on-line therapy, supervision and consultation, both in the UK and further afield.

I OFFER A FREE 10 MINUTE TO TRY OUT THE TECHNOLOGY & PHONE CONSULTATION TO DISCUSS THE THERAPEUTIC ISSUES & GOALS. I AM ALSO OFFERING A CONCESSIONARY RATE TO THOSE WHOS FINANCES HAVE BEEN ADVERSELY EFFECTED BY THE CURRENT SITUATION.
I have 10 years experience of working in the NHS, offering therapy, supervision and consultation to teams, in both generic and specialist (Eating Disorders) Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS). I qualified with a P.G.Cert in Supervision for Mental Health Professionals in 2018, and have supervised people who are training on the Systemic & Family Practice training (Manchester University).
Prior to this I worked in paediatric palliative care & bereavement. I have extensive experience working with adult couples, young people and families on a wide range of issues (such as depression, types of anxiety, sexuality, separation, conflict, blended families, loss, learning (dis)abilities) and helping them to communicate and understand one another better.
I work with couples to find more satisfying relationships and also work with separating couples, when they feel that they have reached that point, including offering advice & support about managing children's emotions when families change.
I have a Post Graduate Diploma in Couples Therapy (Relate), Post Graduate Certificate in Supervision Skills for Mental Health Professionals (systemic pathway), Post Graduate Diploma in Education, BSc Psychology & BA Fine Art.
