Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
I have many years of experience of supporting those with life changing illnesses.
I have many years of experience of supporting people with life long and acquired disabilities and the challengesthat they face.
I am happy to gently explore gender identities with people who are curious, questioning or exploring coming out at your pace.
I take a holistic approach to self care in times of stress and offer individual and group workshops.
I am a trans ally and experienced in working with gender variant people, in an affirming and compassionate way. I am also pleased to offer services to partners, friends and families of people who identify as gender variant.
