Emma Wilkinson is an experienced psychotherapist and supervisor. Her approach helps clients gain insight, facilitating change where necessary. Existential therapy offers clients a chance to engage with their emotions, reflect on their relationships and look at how they are living their lives. She has worked with depression, anxiety, bereavement and relationship issues amongst many other things.

Emma is also a supervisor for psychotherapists, counsellors and other mental health practitioners. She is a lectures at the Open University and NSPC, runs CPD workshops, facilitates groups, supervises at BUPA and consults businesses who want to understand blocks to their productivity and creativity.

She is studying family systemic constellation therapy at the moment.
