I have a private practice as a counsellor /psychotherapist working with a variety of people who are struggling with difficulties such as stress management, depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, low self esteem, eating disorders and obesity, trauma and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. I am a certified Hakomi therapist - Hakomi is a gentle mindfulness based therapy which enables people to work with their whole body experience. This approach enables people to discover deeper core beliefs which affect day to day living. Releasing these beliefs enables us to connect with and realise our innate potential for love and wisdom.
As a therapist it is my intention with each person to hold a space to enable the truth of their deepest heartfelt wish for freedom and yearning to reach their highest potential.
