I offer open-ended face to face psychoanalytic therapy in either English or French and welcome individuals and couples.
I am originally from Paris, France, where I began my training as a psychoanalyst (Espace Analytique) and was actively involved in psychoanalytic circles. After moving to the UK a few years ago, I joined the Site for Contemporary Psychoanalysis where I completed my psychoanalytic training. I am also an established French/English translator specialised in psychoanalytic theory and continental philosophy. I have worked in a variety of institutional settings including the NHS and local branches of MIND. In 2013, I founded the Psychosis Therapy Project, a project aimed at promoting and developing individual talk therapy for people who experience psychosis. The project operates across London under the auspices of Islington MIND and Lambeth & Southwark MIND.
In my practice, I rely on a very dialogic approach which seeks to suit and appreciate each individual in his or her specificity and uniqueness. Because of my own bilingual and multicultural background, I am especially interested in cultural diversity and have extensive experience working with clients from more marginalised backgrounds (whether in terms of nationality, sexual orientation, ethnicity, religion, or socio-economic status).
