Thank you for visiting my profile page. I provide a safe, compassionate environment for you to bring any issues affecting your well-being.

We work collaboratively towards your goals for therapy, whilst remaining open to what occurs in the context of the client-therapist relationship. Together, we can explore difficult feelings and experiences, and identify potential blocks to living a fuller life.

Common themes that emerge include unmet needs or early trauma, and the impact of this on present-day experiences, as well as more immediate issues related to day-to-day life and functioning.

About Me

I trained at Metanoia Institute in London and have an MSc in Integrative Psychotherapy. I also have a degree in psychology and a certificate in clinical assessment.

I have a private practice in Wokingham, offering both face-to-face and online sessions.
