I will listen non-judgementally and encourage you to tap into your own inner wisdom to find solutions. Sometimes the use of other resources, such as imagery and expressive arts, can be helpful in this process.
In some cases,techniques such as cognitive hypnosis and NLP, can prove useful.
On contracting to work together on your issue, following an initial appointment, I usually suggest five further sessions. At the sixth session we would review the progress of the work and decide whether further sessions are necessary.
