Systemic Psychotherapy/ Family Therapist
I am a qualified systemic psychotherapist, accredited by UKCP. If we work together, I hope to create a safe and calm therapeutic space for us where we can reflect upon what influences your experiences of the world, and I also hope to support you through any dilemmas or difficulties you are experiencing. I offer individual, couple and family therapy. During our sessions, I will consider your experiences and feelings within the context of your family and, the important people in your life, as well as the wider context issues that may be impacting you and your family.
I have over 10 years’ experience working with people, and. I have worked within the NHS, Social care, voluntary and the private sector. I support many adults with multiple diagnoses, including ADHD and autism.
I also support couples and families who want to improve their relationships and communication. I appreciate it can be tricky to find the right therapist and therefore, initially I would invite you for an initial (free) chat. This will be an opportunity to ask any questions and see if I am a good 'fit' for you.

£85 per hour for individuals

Who do I invite to the session?
The sessions are offered to families, couples and individuals. If I were to meet with a child or young person individually, I would ask that their carers would also be available to meet.
People who attend the sessions may vary as we continue to work together, for example, I may begin meeting the family or a couple, but this may change. We will continue to discuss what would work best for you.
Confidentiality
I respect your confidentiality, however, there may be times when I may need to share information such as: if I am concerned about your safety. I would discuss this with you and sought consent to share. When working with children and young people, they are informed that I will share information with their parents/carers and we will discuss what will be shared with them.
