My Approach

My approach is psychodynamic. I work as a therapist and supervisor and have a diploma in supervision from the Society of Analytical Psychologists (SAP).

About Me

I am a UKCP registered psychotherapist, supervisor, research-active senior lecturer and author with a PhD in eco-feminist Posthumanist approaches to working therapeutically with movement and the body. In my work, I addresses the relationship between mental well-being, the nature of community and the health of the planet, bringing together Body and Dance Psychotherapy, ecopsychotherapy and critical disability studies. These connections are articulated in my latest publication (2024) 'Posthuman Possibilities of Dance Movement Psychotherapy'
