Welcome. I am a psychotherapist and counsellor (MSc Psych., Dipl. Psych., MA (Cantab)). You may be looking at this site because you're feeling down or stressed. My experience in broad spectrum counselling services and as an assessor have given me a depth of understanding about clients facing very different problems. I use Relational TA to help clients find their own answers, improve communication skills, increase self-understanding, growth and acceptance, and lead more satisfying lives.
How can I help? I offer confidential talking therapy to individuals and couples. I work 'relationally' with clients, reassessing the past, 'unblocking' the present. The warm, supportive relationship I build with individuals and couples is a vital element offering time and focus as we reflect on thoughts and feelings in confidence and safety. Then you can think more clearly about how and when these thoughts and feelings combine to affect your behaviour negatively leading to insight, relief and the chance for you to lead a more satisfying life.
