Individuals often seek counselling/therapy support when experiencing anxiety, low moods or a significant loss. The loss may be of confidence, health, career or a relationship. You may be coming to terms with becoming a parent, redundancy or retirement. Periods of transition can be very stressful for some and therapy can be beneficial in helping to find a way forward.
