I am an experienced, qualified UKCP Registered counsellor working in North London (N4). I have been practising as a counsellor since 2002.
My approach to counselling is non-directive, which means that I help you to understand yourself better and through that understanding, help you find what’s right for you. I see therapy as Personal Growth, not treatment.
I welcome diversity in my practice in all the ways human beings can be diverse. I recognise my own privileged position in society and am an ally to people who are in a minority position. I am experienced in working with people from different cultural, ethnic and religious backgrounds and I am attentive to your own particular cultural viewpoint and needs. I am LGBTQ-friendly, Kink-friendly
I work in private practice in North London at two locations: at my home in Haringey N4 and at a therapy centre near Archway N19.
You can find more details about me on my personal website.
