You may be considering therapy as a result of a very specific difficulty such a relationship issues, a bereavement or low self esteem, or you may be struggling to deal with the day to day difficulties that life brings. You may wish to work with a therapist for a short period of time or you might want to build a longer therapeutic relationship. This may be your first experience of therapy or you might be returning to therapy following previous experiences. Any of these scenarios are welcome.
I am an integrative psychotherapist which means that I draw from a range of theoretical perspectives about therapy including existential, psychodynamic and humanistic. Most of all, however, I aim to provide a safe confidential space for clients to explore the difficulties that they are faced with in a relationship which is accepting.
I am a full member of both the UKCP and BACP. I have a background in Human Resources and I am also a qualified coach.
