About Me

I am a qualified Family & Systemic Psychotherapist with over 35 years experience in the NHS, private, statutory and voluntary sectors. I am currently working solely in private practice.
My previous professional roles include: Consultant Family Therapist for the National Gender Identity Development Service in Leeds; Locality Manager of Tier 3 Specialist CAMHS; team leader of a specialist CAMHS service for children with learning disabilities/autism and their families; residential based support for young people who are looked after.
I have worked with a range of needs and challenges that people face across the life cycle, and have a particular interest in working collaboratively to promote marginalised voices.
I am able to offer sessions remotely via video call, home based sessions within a 10 mile radius of my home in the Yorkshire Dales, or can alternatively offer a safe and comfortable space at my consultation room.
