Staff spotlight: Veena Naik

Veena Naik joined UKCP as Membership Experience Manager in July 2018. She has responsibility for membership renewals, retention and our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.

Before joining UKCP, Veena worked at The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) for 14 years in strategic business development, membership and education. She was Learning Manager for four years, leading on syllabus development, membership retention project and other partnering initiatives.

Veena brings in extensive understanding of membership organisations and a strong advocate for effective stakeholder engagement and service delivery. She is extremely passionate in delivering impeccable customer service and works towards improving the member value proposition.

She is supported by a team of four membership specialists. Her objectives are to improve our membership experience and attract new members by developing and acting on insights into the member journey.
