Research Lead (28hrs pw)

And with 1 in 4 people experiencing a mental health issue, the need for access to high quality therapy has never been greater.
We are looking for an exceptional Research Lead to support, develop and coordinate our research activity, underpinning our trainings and evidence-based practice, as well as supporting our mission to deliver policy impact and improved, influential communications.
You will have at least two years’ applied experience in a relevant research role or postgraduate training (preferably at Doctoral level).
You will have in-depth knowledge and experience in all the main aspects of research, including appropriate methodological approaches (qualitative and quantitative).
You’ll have a good working knowledge of research design, analysis and report production, as well as outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to help shape this vital area of activity.
Ideally, you’ll be well-versed in the networks, journals, academics and funding bodies that are relevant to our work.
