The Psychotherapist

Information

The Psychotherapist is a quarterly magazine published for the benefit of the UKCP registrants and member organisations and aims to keep them informed of developments likely to impact on their professional psychotherapy practice. It contains around 28 pages of editorials, articles, news, course and conference adverts, letters, book reviews and other useful information. UKCP registrants are welcome to submit suitable material. You may view previous issues as a PDF file. (Click on list to left - it may take a little time to download).

Editorial Policy

UKCP has a different Guest Editor for each issue of The Psychotherapist (with administrative back-up provided by the staff in the UKCP office). A substantial part of each issue therefore has a central theme, set by the Guest Editor and contributed to by others. If you would like edit an issue on a particular theme, please contact the Managing Editor, Jude Cohen-Phillips. Email: Tel: 020 7014 9969

Recent Changes

A series of improvements to The Psychotherapist started in Summer 2007 and from Autumn 2007 it will appear in full colour, with extra pages and an improved lay-out and design. Over the next few issues it will be subject to several more changes. We welcome your feed-back, views and ideas. We would also welcome any Registrants who would like to become more involved in helping plan the changes to make. Please contact the Managing Editor Jude Cohen-Phillips. Email: Tel: 020 7014 9969
