Terms and conditions
These terms and conditions are the prize draw rules ("rules") by completing and submitting the UKCP survey prior to the closing date you will be automatically entered into the prize draw, you will be deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions and to have agreed to be bound by them.
The prize draw is open to UKCP full members.
Entries are strictly limited to one per member.
No purchase is necessary for entry to the prize draw, simply complete and submit the Survey.
All entries must be submitted by completing the Survey; entries submitted by any other method will not be accepted.
The closing date for all entries is Midnight on 12 August 2011, Greenwich Mean Time. The prize draw will take place on or before 9 September 2011, winners will be selected at random, incomplete, inappropriate or offensive entries will not be accepted, winners will be notified by email shortly afterwards.
Winners and prizes will be selected at random on a first selected basis limited to one per winner.
There is no cash alternative to any of the prizes on offer and you are not permitted to exchange the prize, UKCP reserves the right to substitute, modify or supersede the prize draw including any prize without notice at its absolute discretion.
For the avoidance of doubt the UKCP shall not be responsible for any entry that fails to reach us before the closing date.
Any entry which is damaged, defaced, illegible, incomplete or which otherwise does not comply with the terms and conditions hereunder may be deemed as invalid at the sole discretion of UKCP.
If there is any dispute as to the identity of the person submitting the entry, that entry will be treated as though submitted by the account holder of the email account.
UKCP reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions at any time without giving prior notice.
Information we collect about you will be used and protected by us in accordance with current data protection law.
In no event will UKCP be liable for any loss, damage, injury or disappointment suffered by any participant entering the competition including, without limitation, consequential loss or damage, or any loss or damages whatsoever arising from participation in the competition.
The Head of Membership and Communication's decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into with regard to it.
The prize draw may be withdrawn at any time.
The prize draw terms and conditions will be governed by English law.
Limitations of liability:
Neither the promoter or the promotional parties assume any responsibility or liability for: communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, network, lines, satellites. Servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this promotion.
