In mid 2010, the UKCP Research Faculty Committee conducted a survey of UKCP members' research needs, interests and concerns. 

This is the first time large numbers of members have been consulted about research issues and 588 members responded to the survey. The responses, which were both qualitative and quantitative, provide a vivid snapshot of the ways that psychotherapists across a very wide range of therapies, wish to be able to make better use of research.
