UKCP membership for students

In order to qualify for UKCP student status you must belong to a UKCP-registered organisation. We regret that we cannot accept students from unregistered organisations.

UKCP Student Membership

UKCP student membership is available to students who are on a training course with a UKCP organisational member which leads to a psychotherapy or psychotherapeutic counselling qualification.

Student membership is available up to the point when a student enters into any clinical practice for which the UKCP organisational member accepts supervisory responsibility. Students who have reached this point may consider trainee therapist membership of UKCP.

Please see below your membership forms which contain all the information required for your application. Please return your form, complete with signature, training/accrediting organisation stamp and full payment to:
