UKCP Executive Committee

The UKCP Executive Committee's role is to:

• advise the Board of Trustees on the overall structure, strategy and policy of UKCP
• ensure that the Staff, Boards and Committees implement policies agreed by the Board of Trustees
• produce annual budgets for approval by the Board of Trustees
• monitor budgets and oversee all matters of financial planning and management
• co-ordinate the preparation, presentation and auditing of the annual report and accounts
• represent UKCP to government and all other relevant bodies
