I have experience working therapeutically with individuals in long-term, open-ended therapy as well as short term therapy, within the public health, education, private, and charity sectors. My integrative framework combines different approaches from psycho-dynamic and humanistic theories which allows me to tailor my way of working to the individual and their presenting issues.
At the heart of my practice is the therapeutic relationship and within this I aim to provide a safe, non-judgmental, and containing space for individuals to explore their difficulties and gain a deeper understanding and self-awareness of themselves, their situations, and their relationships. My therapeutic approach is helpful for anyone wanting to make sense of their patterns of relating with others, and to support them in building closer, authentic, and happier relationships.
